"This is a fine little hotel on 4th floor with 10 rooms . Nice and clean. Good service and little tea-kitchen in the room comes with boiler kettle, teabags and coffee, dishes, glasses and cutlery, mineralwater in the fridge. My room had a closed balcony - very nice. The room had a working aircondition for heating and cooling plus centralheating. "地下鉄駅から徒歩10分、古いマンションの20階の95号室です。管理人はウクライナ人のママさんで英語は話せません。話をするときはスマホの翻訳アプリを使用します。室内は土禁なのとママさんが毎日掃除しているのでとても綺麗です。キッチンも広く調理器具、食器は全て揃っています。ドミトリーは8人部屋ですが、この時は3人しか先客がいませんでした。部屋はとても広くソファーもあり、エアコンも各部屋に完備されています。宿泊費ですが必ず現金で現地払いにしてください。"

"I’m staying in this hotel for the third time-it’s always enjoyable. The location is fantastic-just two minutes walking from Khreshatik, Tcum. The property is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The only down side of the hotel-there is no elevator-it’s not easy with heave luggage, but the concierge lady was really nice and helped us to bring down the part of it. Thank you!! I will be back!"

"Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Also, the water temperature was varied a lot when taking a shower. The shower would start out warm and then changed to be freezing cold. Other than those few complaints, the staff were friendly,...
