I contacted the owner right away with video evidence, but instead of taking the issue seriously, they brushed it off and gave excuses. This is absolutely unacceptable for any rental property. Cleanliness and pest control should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this place failed completely. Save yourself the stress and avoid this...

"The hotel is very old. Cleaning was not good at all. Bathrooms are very old. Respection help was good. "

"Mi hanno fatto aspettare le chiavi 30 min , poi ho chiamato, mi hanno detto che devo prendere un taxi e andare da loro per ritirare le chiavi. C'erano 2 micro cuscini, quando ho chiesto altri hanno rifiutato."
