"The room was ok, linens were clean, so that was a plus. Random hairs around the room, stone floors. My biggest issue was the location, which I didn't know was a bad part of town. When we arrived, staff was escorting vagrants from the property. I walked to the gas station nearby & was solicited by prostitutes. Staff wasn't overly welcoming, seems like they don't get the best guests & treated me like I was using the room for questionable activities. My son & I were going to the Panthers game. Won't stay here next visit."

"The breakfast was delicious with so many options! The bar was nice with good drinks. The hotel felt very safe and secure with needing your key card to get onto any floor and the hotel. Could use better parking where it’s not so expensive."

"Room was super clean and quiet. Only a 5 minute or so drive to Charlotte Motor Speedway. Breakfast had different variety every morning. (Waffle flavour changes, eggs are different style and then the protein changes daily) Only problem we had was the hot water in the shower wasnt hot enough. Felt more lukewarm than hot. But that was honestly our only complaint. Loved the spot so much that we rebooked for next year."
