Instead of listening to my concern, the front desk staff immediately told me that the room had been fully cleaned, that there were no bedbugs, and even accused me of lying. "Loved how clean the hotel was. The AC and fresh quality of the room. Staff very friendly. The restaurant lowered the quality tremendously. It didn’t match. Although breakfast was included the quality was watered down. Same buffet every morning. Taste was lower grade. Presentation looks good but the experience felt like a pub. No menu was offered as a substitute. Seating was not classy. Or comfy. I wasn’t informed of other options in the hotel. But outside from the restaurant it’s pleasant."

"The woman working the evening desk on 7/9/2026 was AMAZING. My flight was canceled and I showed up tired and grumpy. I also had minor surgery that day and was still dealing with lingering anesthesia grogginess, and she was kind to give me plenty of water so I could hydrate. Last year I stayed at another Hampton Inn and got bedbugs. So my trust was zero when I walked into the lobby. She changed all that. Give her a raise!"

"This is a truly lovely property. The grounds are exquisite and include a 75' lap pool and lovely patio and area for artist retreats. Nice robes, comfy linens, a fabulous shower. Fireplace that throws a good amount of heat and easy to use air conditioning. Good instruction book. Some small details were overlooked--a nice coffee nook to make tea or coffee but no water available to use or drink."
