"The staff at the front desk when we arrived June 11th was unfriendly. Every other day the staff were great! We were assigned a room, on the first floor, where remodeling was being done-boxes stacked in the hallway, constant construction noise. The room needed upgrading and there was no place to hang clothes. Breakfast had very limited options, especially for someone with Celiac. The second day, the noise was unbearable and we were allowed to change rooms. The second room did have a place to hang...

"I usually love this hotel but in my last visit, I went to take a shower and the tub wasn’t draining so I reported it to the front desk. He said it was a maintenance issue and offered me a different room. I paid for the superior room and because the tub wasn’t working, I was downgraded to a smaller room when I told him about how I paid for a superior room he just said sorry I already changed it."

When it was found the system would not work, they arranged to move us to another room but it had to be after we got back from a wedding at 11pm."

"Booked this hotel as it included breakfast and looks nice in pictures..arrived at the property and was very disappointed..smells odd, very old rooms, sheets are rough and makes your skin itchy, found hair on the bed and in the washroom floor..bed room floor was dusty and couch was dirty..buffet breakfast as mentioned was a grab and go breakfast which was a stale apple, melted granola bar and hard bagel .. no coffee available. Worst experience!"
