"We had to extend our stay an extra day after both getting food poisoning at the food court place up the street. We had a full day of being hideously sick. When we contacted the staff it was all very matter of fact from them. They added an extra night and that was about the extent of their help. No checking up, no asking if they could be of any help, no nothing. They were friendly and welcoming up to that point, but the indifference shown after we were both so ill was quite astonishing. "

"We arrived before our designated check in time due to a very early flight, expecting just to drop our bags, but the reception staff were able to check us in early as our rooms were already ready. Generally they were very helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the hotel was convenient for our visit to the city."

"Booked the Family XL room for me and my 2 x teenage daughters, probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in any hotel! Large spacious rooms, only gripe was the AC wasn’t enough to cool the room, called reception and they sent up not 1 but 2 x Fans which helped a lot. Helpful staff, No English channels on the large TV!! We didn’t really eat at the hotel restaurant so can’t comment. Location is ok and approx. 10 walk from most shops and restaurants."

"Allowed to check-in Earlier as my flight arrived, Asked to add a 200 euro guarantee for the bar in the room, Given a great view room in the corner of the building. Small plates for breakfast, the room got a better cleaning the next as there was dust on some furniture. Received all the refund. Friendly staff."

"Great location, staff, and comfort levels. However the door to the stairs at least on the floor I was on, the 5th, would constantly bang very loudly each time anyone used them. At least that’s what I assumed as the noise level was high during the day but quieter at night so ask for a room away from the stairs and elevators. Apart from that I had a brilliant stay. The location is perfect, handy for public transport- central station, trams and buses and metro are minutes away. There is a street...

"Hotel was well located in the old city. It’s a unique venue, but don’t expect a lot of amenities. We had to drag our suitcases up a flight of stairs where there was no elevator access. No one on the staff offered to help. Breakfast was the minimus compared to what we were used to at a full service hotel. Overall, stay was pleasant. Don’t expect a modern state experience."
