"Great place for a Rotorua stop over, the room was clean & bed comfortable."

"The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is very clean."

"Very special well maintained hotel with an exceptional view of the lake. A redeveloped house with additional cabins and animals on the property. Gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 because dinner is incredibly expensive and there was no way to walk around the lake and do some exploration"

"Loved the animals and the location was very close to activities and a supermarket."

"Gorgeous hotel and beautiful location!! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating for my family. Thank you"

"Good for sleeping for the price!"

"Great place for families to stay! The kids highlight was the heated pool, we couldn’t get them out. Cottage was spacious, well stocked and perfect for larger families. Location was excellent - close enough to everything. Staff were helpful and friendly. We can’t wait to come back again next year."

It was scratching n banging up on the wall and keeps you from falling into deep sleep. The blue pillow cases had dribble stains on the fabric. If these details where more tended to it would...
