"The apartment was spotless although it is only convenient if you have a reason to be in this area of Madrid, not for tourism. The elevator didn't work when I arrived, which was inconvenient (only had to haul luggage one flight of stairs). The shower is amazing!"

"The front desk staff was amazing and helpful in every way. Our junior suite felt like a true suite. With two baths, we loved that. I do have some constructive feedback. The mis matched light bulb colors were hard for the eyes. No facial tissue is a real miss for such a nice hotel. Finally, as English speakers, having zero tv channels for us is another real disappointment. We tried both tvs with no luck. Front desk was sure that they were available, but they need to review and resolve. ...

"Alba, the manager, was helpful in trying to deal with Expedia to help me obtain a refund for cancellation of 1 nite - Ill have to see still what the result is! (I cancelled several weeks ahead of my stay but Expedia, nor the property responded.). The entrance to the property was very modern & clean, but the room could have been cleaner. No clean coffee cups provided the second day. Would have liked small wash cloths too. Great location for mall & the .park! Staff helpful!"

"Debod hostels was great ecspecially as a last minute booking. the staff was attentive and very accommodating. They cleaned everyday and maintained the property very well. Everyone staying was very assimilating to hostel life whether it was quiet time or not or out right just generous in helping with what you needed . I would definitely book again in advance. It is close to things you may eant to do on that side of town or not."

"Fue horrible con el calor que hace no servía el aire acondicionado escogí este hotel entre varios porque día siguiente salía mi vuelo por lo cual necesitaba un buen descanso pero con el calor en Madrid y sin aire acondicionado ni un ventilador eso fue imposible. Al comentarles el grave problema que surgió me dieron un cupón de descuento para sus hoteles 😒 y eso que era la king ejecutiva, cero atención al cliente y el cuarto estaba arriba de 300 Dlls la noche ojo ahí"

Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato una miriade di insetti vivi sui due davanzali delle finestre della sala. Qualche insetto (morto) nella doccia. "Toutes les personnes que j’ai vu arrivé sans qu’une membre du personnel n’ai été présent a eu beaucoup de difficulté avec le système de Check innsurhomstique. Pas pratique quand ti es seul.e, tard et coincé dehors. La chambre « femmes uniquement » de 8 personnes est beaucoup trop étroite, trop petite pour 8 personnes et n’a aucun air. "loved this hotel - I got upgraded to a one bedroom suite and it was spacious and beautiful. It had a nice sized balcony, a jacuzzi bathtub (which I didn't get to use). It also came with a dyson hairdryer and a yoga mat and weights. I was in Madrid for less than 24 hours, so I had a lot of ground to cover in a short amount of time.
