"The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

"The rooms all smelled of mildew. The staff was nice and moved me to another room, but since it was very hot out, the AC was not doing a great job and made the rooms feel humid and moldy smelling. When I came home and unpacked my clothes were wet and stink. I would not stay again."

"Great place to stay! The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The only suggestion I have is to provide a clearer description of the sofa bed. We expected it to pull out into a traditional bed, but it did not, so that was a bit surprising. A more detailed description in the listing would help future guests know what to expect. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!"

"This place had a great view of the city. They taut the rooftop deck but it is not open any other time than when the bar is open. Would be nice if they had frozen non alcoholic drinks or refreshments up there to enjoy. Maybe an hor d'oeuvres hour to allow the guest to come enjoy the deck first come first serve to allow for occupancy. The grounds of downtown in Cincinnati are beautiful. "It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. (Which is negative toward guests really) A work type white van had parked basically on top of my suv and scratched up/left paint on my door. A man was screaming/arguing at someone in the hallway.
