"We love staying here for our family of four. The kids have their own bunk bed, cool night lights, and drumroll their own bathroom! We love the living room furniture and high ceilings. Most of all the kitchen we were can make steak and lobster and port. We dance in the kitchen and play games. Always a memory maker when we come here! Can’t wait to come back!"

Online pictures were what was used to pick a room and a hotel. At check in we were told they had put us in a regular room. Staff at check in apparently did not have training on disability needs. There is the bodywash in the shower but id also like a bar wrapped and available for me to use at the sink area. Also my door would close but the bottom half of the frame left a bit of a sliver to the outside which I think made the sound from the pool area even louder, so better sealing on the doors would be great. It is within easy walking distance of great restaurants (try The Feed Company!) and a short drive from other restaurants and attractions. "We arrived late and were very cranky. I believe the young lady behind the counter was Alexis. She was absolutely incredible and patient. There was trouble with the system checking us in and she made sure we got to our room anyway. She also recommended us to go to a bar, sing it or wing it. We had so much fun and met the Chattanooga lookout baseball team! We’re from Canada and that was by far the best night we had in the USA!
