The staff was rude and told me i should have requested extra bedding when i check in and had to wait till morning to receive them. "Staff were so nice, and so welcoming also very helpful with explaining where things were. The spa was so relaxing and the ROOM was BEAUTIFUL. I got the sky loft and even the laundry was complimentary. They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But you’re not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently it’s open to the public as well? That was confusing and didn’t understand why there was a needed fee."

"The lobby, bar, and other common areas are very nice and clean. The rooms have everything that you need in them. And the elevators are super efficient and fast even when it felt like a lot of people were going up and down. If you do self parking, it is just around the corner maybe a 50 yd walk. Just keep that in mind."
