"Staff were so nice, and so welcoming also very helpful with explaining where things were. The spa was so relaxing and the ROOM was BEAUTIFUL. I got the sky loft and even the laundry was complimentary. They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But you’re not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently it’s open to the public as well? That was confusing and didn’t understand why there was a needed fee."

And the elevators are super efficient and fast even when it felt like a lot of people were going up and down. If you do self parking, it is just around the corner maybe a 50 yd walk. "Big noise and bang noise coming from the ventilation system and I had to change the room and dragging all my luggage in the middle of the night to a different room that a nice lady at the reception find it available. The new room was dirty, with moisture around the bathtub grout and smelly walls from 100 years old wood. Never go back in this property "
