"Fantastic "character" hotel. Is it fancy? No. But it is fantastic walking distance to many great locations around Vancouver. Room was very hot and the portable AC struggled to keep up. But I'd still stay at The burrard again. I had a great time "

"Great location on W Georgia St, you can find almost everything food, shopping, entertainment, nearby. The room is very spacious compared to other hotels in downtown. Valet parking is very convenient, which costs only CAD 9 per day more than the neighboring public parkade. Call to grab your car 10 min earlier, no time will be wasted. Highly recommended!"

"Staff were very nice. I had a $25 food credit which I had to ask for- they didn’t provide it up front so remember to ask because they won’t offer. The pool was in the basement, a little cold and tiny. Room had some dust and I found a black hair on the towel. Rooms were huge and beautiful view. The elevators were terrible. I was in the basement and waited 25 min (not exaggerating) to go up. Good location. Expensive parking at $30 a night. Hotel needs updating, carpeted hallways were not very appealing. Otherwise no other issues. Comfy beds and clean crisp sheets."
