"We are those that go out of town for a purpose and are basically in our room for a few hours. So paying for luxury is not required. This place is as advertised, older and cheap. But the room was clean including the bathroom. The bed was fine, the staff are nice. Fit our needs just fine. "

"We had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The Hotel is conveniently located downtown and within walking distance of many downtown amenities. The room was clean and the facilities in good condition. We had a comfortable stay. On the exterior, adjacent construction is occurring which made egress from the parking structure a little challenging, but this is not the fault of the hotel. We also enjoyed the gym facilities on-site."

"The staff at this property went above and beyond to assist my hearing impaired husband access the back of the TV to attach his streaming device for his hearing implants so that he can hear the TV. This was truly appreciated and the guys seemed very interested in learning what to do in case they need to help someone else in this situation. "

"The property is great and the staff and very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and it was a short walk to the convention center. The only thing I did not like and didn’t realize before hand is the parking at the property is valet only, which was an extra $35 a day. "

"Our room was pretty clean. Shower dripped so a little old looking. Bedding was comfortable. The pool was excellent. After 5 pm you could order drinks from the bar with a phone by the pool. The staff was incredible! Everyone included from the front desk staff, to the bar staff, and even the maintenance staff (which we just had a passerby conversation with). The food was incredible!
