"Breakfast was just ok, certainly not really a good value. Rooms are dark, low ceilings, out-updated furniture, etc. All in all, the hotel is good enough, though one may not think of it as a spa like experience, especially when considering that this is one of the attractions/ amenities that they are offering & advertising."

"Could be outstanding but the kitchen lets them down. The location, hotel and staff are wonderful but the food is where the shine falls off. Decent menu but most of the food was bland, lacking taste or overly greasy (fish). Breakfast was wrong both mornings (even with simple request), kitchen needs to read the orders properly.. At the two dinners, both night people on tables around us were commenting on their food.. (which is such a shame for a lovely hotel..."

"Lovely B&B, we really enjoyed staying over in Bibury… a very quiet little parish - but nice to be able to spend the day & enjoy both of the pubs. The B&B was ideal, much cheaper than staying at the Swan & only a few minutes walk into the ‘town’. Yes it was a little noisy, as has been mentioned before, but not really anymore than staying in a hotel I’d imagine + earplugs are provided if upstairs are too noisy for you! "We were a group of 3 couples. All of us loved The Old Brewhouse. Such friendly staff, impeccably clean everywhere, amazing breakfasts. Parking for 5 inside and 5 designated spaces at side of property. 2 minute walk into centre. Courtyard is beautifully maintained with a very clear netted pond full of lovely koi and goldfish. 2 of our group asked the owner if they did black pudding at breakfast (which wasn’t on the menu) but it was bought in for them. So attentive, made to feel very welcome....
