"We loved the Naples Grande. Our room was spacious and clean and we we had an awesome balcony. The staff was exceptional, especially Austin and Mariano at the pool bar and Barry, Jay and Austin (again) at the inside bar. The housekeeping staff and the valets too were all friendly and welcoming. Never had an issue and will definitely go back again. "Our stay was exceptional! “0” complaints! Top notch in every way, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They allowed us to checkin early also which was an added bonus! There were 4 of us and we all agreed the stay was exceptional and we had just come from another 5 star resort which was nice but we preferred the stay at the Pink Shell! A fun, family friendly resort! Amazing! We will be back!"

"We wanted a hotel near the Key West Express. So the location was great. It was a short walk to the beach to see a beautiful sunset. Our room was bigger then expected, with a full kitchen. The shower was good. Drawbacks, it was louder than we’d like and our ac was leaking water on the floor. You could tell it’s been happening for while. The food by the pool was just ok."

"Nice Holiday Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. During my week-long stay, there was one noisy night. Otherwise it was very quiet and comfortable. I had some difficulties with the AC, as it cooled the room but did not do well with the humidity. Gym facilities were nice, as was the breakfast. I’d recommend, especially for a shorter stay. "
