"When we arrived at the hotel we were told that we had no reservation. Our trip was a family trip with two children. We showed them the photocopy of the reservation, they were not satisfied and demanded that I show them the original email (on my mobile phone) and that I call my tour operator, which I did. The people were friendly and tolerated my French. They also had gluten free options for me. Cute outside seating area.
