"Location wasn’t convenient - there was only a small mini-mart at 5th floor, function room cafe isn’t open, nothing to see or eat within walking distance. Apartment seemed a bit old and had a slight musty smell upon entering the unit, power sockets weren’t conveniently located, TV reception was terrible and both TVs were small and not-smart (ie stream services not available/connectable). The hook for the shower head wasn’t working properly. There were extra towels and mats left hang at the...

"Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!"

"the building is very new, entry to the floors required a pass. It’s easy to get a cab from here as there’s a drop off point right in front. The listing is just a room by itself - the toilet had a slight wet smell but not something serious. Floor was a little dusty but doesn’t affect as well. Our concerns were only that the listing next to ours (They separated 1 unit into 2 listings) we could hear them quite loudly. Other than that, it’s a 3-4 min walk to KSL, so it’s quite convenient. Theres...

Ulasan Hotel Taman Bukit Dahlia Popular

Sheraton Johor Bahru

8/10 Baik

"The hotel is great but I think the staff require a lot more trainings especially on communication and relationship. There were staff at the reception area near to the elevator during our check in (at 7.30 pm) but when I was asking one of them about food outlets in the mall next door, the staff just said ‘biasa2x’ and had no effort to assist any further. The way he responded made me wonder if I am at Sheraton or somewhere else. Clearly lack of Sheraton value that I’ve known for few years. After that, a second staff came over and made a suggestion but by then I already had negative impression of the whole team. Similarly, I have not a pleasant experience with the staff at the Sheraton club. I am ok for them to implement their rules but it must be consistent, not piecemeal. Again, communication can be better. It really spoilt the mood and making the whole experience feel somewhat ‘blah’."

LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort

10/10 Cemerlang

"Go outside Singapore and Malaysian school holidays and the water park, Legoland and amenities are basically yours. Great for kids 5-10. There are bricks everywhere. We had to pull them out of thr foyer to do anything. Great theme. Great experience. Eat outside the hotel."
