"Nice room, friendly staff, fresh breakfast, on time check-in. The only 2 down sides were that the pool was closed completely and the parking lot was small and hard to find parking again."

"Overall, our stay was good. The location was convenient, and the price was very reasonable for the area. The only issue we experienced was with the availability of towels and washcloths. We had three guests in our room (originally booked for four), but were only provided three towels and two washcloths on the first night. "It was clean. The tiolet in our room constantly ran and it was leaking water. The staff were very attenative to guest. The security gate is to be a little undesirably. The breakfast was not worth NO 24.00 dollars per person, it was the same as you get from breakfast buffets that are free at other hotels."

"My only complaint is that the shower in the bathroom did not work properly. I was forced to take a bath with hot water. The mixer was not functional. I left for a function at 10:00 AM with the promise that it would be repaired. I returned at about 8 or 9 PM and it was not. A second complaint saw a very apologetic plumber replacing the "Mixer". Apparently the report/complaint was not accurately recorded or passed on to him. The efficient Airport Shuttle driver made up for my disappointment."
