"Welcome was lovely, room was really pretty with nice touches, pretty noisy though, you'll be lucky to get a solid nights sleep. Breakfast wasnt great either sadly. Overall though it was a lovely, pretty, welcoming hotel for a single night stay."

"The location in Morton-in-marsh was excellent. Our room was small but adequate for 2 nights. We ate in the pub and the food was good, although it's a shame they don't provide breakfast. The pub was very quiet and closed at 9.30pm so there was a lack of atmosphere. But it was fine as a base for a couple of days."

"The only reason I am not rating excellent is the laundry machine is wash only. Worked out for me as I had time to air dry. The location is fantastic if you use the train. Easy in and out. Great stay."

"Owner was very responsive in bringing iron and hair dryer for us to use. (Hair dryer was dirty and smelled of wet dog—bring your own!). I bit small and funky but served our purpose. It was clean and owner was responsive. Easy check in but a bit tricky finding the place at first. Nice location for day trips and hikes."

"It's a great place to stay in the charming town of Chipping Campden. Centrally located on the high street; with parking in the back (not accessible from the high street). The staff were great and the breakfast was wonderful. We stayed in Room 5, which is quite spacious (though on the top level; all stairs). They have some newer "cottages" that look to be accessible for folks who don't want stairs. Some minor negatives: 1) the tea room closes at 5:30 cutting off direct access to the high street;...

"We stayed one week in the Cottswald, and this was by far the nicest place we stayed. It was truly a resort experience. The grounds were gorgeous, and there were many indoor and outdoor seating areas including 3 posh lounges with different vibes. Reading, games and music/relaxing. Upscale Aromatherapy diffusers by each bedside! Dinner was best meal of our lives, and a lovely breakfast was included. The smart tv worked perfectly, and the staff was incredibly helpful. "Didn't get my cide to get into property had to call hotels.com. The stairs are very awkward with small children. Heating Didn't work correctly gor first three days. Kitchen needs more cutlery ( knife & spoon). "
