"The cottage was clean and updated with everything you need, toiletries, kitchen pans and utensils, a full beach cart with everything needed for the beach. I took a few naps in the sun in the hammock. The location is great, an easy block to the beach. The only thing we had difficulty with was the gas grill did not heat up sufficiently to cook burgers. It was an incredible relaxing place for a family vacation, highly recommend it"

"The pool/beach area was amazing! The poolside service was awesome. My only concern was me a senior and friend staying with me a senior were assigned a 4 th floor room with no elevator. It took almost an hour to find a space that had an elevator. Jared the security guy was so helpful. Then for check out the system evidently had an issue and tried to charge me for what I had paid for on Expedia. Loved the resort not the service or convenience "

"Staff is very friendly and gave us a room upgrade. Rooms are very clean with new modern coastal type furniture. Rooms have Cable tv with lots of channel options, medium size refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. Very reasonable priced rooms to be close to all the Fort Myers beach action. The pool is heated and has early morning shady areas in the pool. Several restaurants within walking distance. Most have live music almost every night. "

"This resort was a disaster. The stuff was not helpful, and they closed lobby to earlier if you need help no one is there to help you . The location is in the middle of nowhere, no restaurant in the resort. Even the restaurants nearby they do not deliver food . You have to go pick it up . Also , there was only one taxi driver around and it will take him forever to come and get you . The ocean is so far way from the resort and there is a charge for umbrella and chairs. I loved right way since...

"The stay was great, my family and I had a great stay at the hotel; the rooms was very clean and spacious the views were very breathtaking, breakfast area was unbelievably beautiful.pool and sitting area were very specious and clean.However for 2 days my trash was not serviced until I called 3 times before a vet nice gentleman was come to do the removal and replacing my dirty towels with some clean ones;overall I’m very pleased with everything else."
