"We received a lovely warm welcome on arrival , our room was modern clean and very big in comparison to other hotels we’ve stayed in. We opted for a meal in the bar , which again was lovely and served in ample time. Beds were super comfortable and aided a good nights sleep. We hadn’t planned to have breakfast, but decided to in the morning. Again we were greeted with a warm welcome and talked through the options and were offered hot drinks straight away. "Highly recommend, unique rooms and brilliant staff, in the heart of Chester! Got upgraded to the Secret Garden and it was great! Stayed before in the Safari room which has its own jacuzzi bathtub which was brilliant! This time opted for another room as it safari was booked, but the upgrade was great! Staff very friendly and brilliant! Cannot complain in the slightest! Can’t wait to go again! "
