"I didn’t eat the breakfast but had coffee. Breakfast was the typical frozen pastry and dehydrated eggs, etc., for the room rate paid, you get nothing but mediocre coffee. Staff were very friendly however, the Kerig in the room was broken and I asked 3 times to have it replaced, never happened even though I received 2 different text messages saying it was taken care of. Friendly front desk staff but that was about all that can be said. No room service, no cleaning services. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. "

"The lobby, nicely re-done with a huge 4K TV, new tile, etc., promised much. Unfortunately... the walls are still pretty thin; I was across the hall from the laundry, which had a machine that shrieked like the USS Enterprise at Warp 9 during the spin cycle; the A/C was so noisy I wound up shutting it off to get some sleep. There were some nice touches that somehow didn't work out so nice; in particular, the wireless phone chargers worked intermittently at best, the nifty digital clock was so bright I had to put a black shirt over it, the coffee machine wasn't plugged in and couldn't be plugged in without moving major furniture. Sigh. Death by minor annoyance... I think the place will be better when they work the kinks out of their recent remodeling, though I don't see how they're going to quiet down the AC. For now it's OK but doesn't deliver what the first impression promises."
