And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor. It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."

"The lobby is the nicest I have seen. All was perfect. I had to leave on a hurry and left in the room my Airpods which I am sure they will keep for a year. As I definitively plan to return soon. Fukuoka is amazing."

"We arrive to Fukuoka airport too late to catch the last train home so we booked this hotel. Even though we arrived late, there was someone available to help us check in. The room, although small, was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. There was even a combination washer/dryer in the room. In the lobby, there is a coffee machine and guest can select amenties such as tea or bathing towels as needed for the room. Unlike other hotels in the chain, there were no bath salts offered but that is a very minor comment."
