"This hotel has just reopened as the Westin about a month ago so they’re going through a bit of growing pains as they establish new operations. For example- the kids club was open but there’s no AC so it gets quite hot and they don’t have proper sign in papers yet. I messaged several times ahead of arrival (and upon booking) that we need a crib but they didn’t read the messages and we had to wait a bit after checking in for a crib to be delivered. "When we arrived in the Algarve we were ready to relax and this was the perfect way to end our Portugal vacation. Our suite backed onto the pool area which we enjoyed immensely. It was convenient to have the pool bar available as well. The suite was like a huge apartment that felt very fancy with so much space and many amenities. Amazing restaurants and the coast was a quick walk away. The Bengal caves were a short drive away which we visited. I would recommend this resort in a minute. "
