"The hotel itself is in a good location and staff friendly and helpful but the aircon is broken constantly and when asked (as many other guests did too) the reply from staff was that it’s just temporarily broken down. "It’s an ideal location for what I needed it for but sadly the cleanliness & tiredness of the room let it down. The floor didn’t seem to have been hoovered and the bathroom floor was not clean. In general everything in the room needs some attention (peeling paint, dust, edge of wardrobe door strip hanging off etc.). "We arrived at about 730pm and were greeted by a very sweet receptionist. Our room was clean and quiet, with an incredibly comfortable king size bed! As it was summer, we were also provided a portable fan in the room, should it become too warm. We had a great dinner at the Feathers Pub and a swift check out in the morning. Highly recommend staying here!"
