"What stands out at Nopal is the staff, they were approachable, always happy to help and as accommodating as possible with our requests. The service in the Mediterranean restaurant was not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. The bar we had to wait 40 minutes for a drink. On the other hand the service we received from the Italian restaurant was fantastic, you would of thought you were in a different hotel. This doesn't take it away that the hotel...
