"Our stay at Dusit was very relaxing after long days of travel and touring the city it was so lovely coming back to a refreshing clean room. The stay was so nice we went to HCM and Phu Quoc came back and wanted to stay here again. Hung Luu at check in was very respectful and helpful both times we stayed. As well as Tram Anh at breakfast was very pleasant and kind. I would give them 10/5 for hospitality and will always stay here if ever back in Hanoi "

"The place is alright. Staff are lovely, the rooms are quite well equipped, But the photos are a bit exaggerated. As long as you can take that into consideration you won’t be disappointed.
