"This was an awful experience at the hotel. When we booked, the hotel didn't mention that there was a clogging dance competition being held that weekend at the hotel. Dance teams were practicing in the halls up until "quiet time" at 11 PM. We had this room booked for two nights and when we booked in on Friday, the assitant manager, Kenzy, said that we would be able to cancel the second night without any issues. We put it up with it the first night and checked out. On Monday, another manager declined the cancellation and charged for the second night after Kenzy said they would reimburse. Now, I understand they don't have dance competitions every weekend but that doesn't excuse the room being dirty. There was hair in the shower and the shower head leaked. There was a constant water drip that couldn't be ignored as it hit the tub all night and made sleep uncomfortable. Everything was dirty and there is no way I would recommend staying here when there are over 100 places to stay within a few miles at the same rate."

"The pool closed for maintenance during our stay. We were not aware of this when we booked. They drained the pool water out the back door to a creek. Meanwhile, the doors were open to the cold so we could not even use the lounge area. Very disappointed. This was our third time to visit the property. No problems prior."

"Had a great variety for breakfast. The scramble eggs and sausage were lukewarm. Had to go deeper in pan to get warmer food. Great view from balcony of the creek stream. The balcony had spider webs around light fixture and rails.The front door didn't have a peep hole. No closet for clothes only hooks located on walls. I believe I was staying in the older rooms of the Hotel. Hotel located in a good location. I was charged $5.00 per day for parking. The staff was friendly. The room was clean."
