"So we stayed for our Son's graduation 3 rooms. All were filthy and one had roaches. It's more of an extended stay facility. The couch was not even usable had cigarette burns and just really dirty. Would not recommend to anyone."

"Room had mold. Sheets were dirty. The hotel was fully booked so I couldn’t get a room change and when I spoke about a refund I was told to contact a manager that was not in office until Monday. It was Saturday… checked out early."

"Bed was nice, all the staff I spoke with were amazing and helpful. I had only one issue with one lady being kinda rude but EVERYONE else was so nice and helpful. Very nice hotel and right by the convention center. I chose to stay embassy suite instead of the host hotel for the free breakfast and very happy with my choice."
