"The hotel is very good nice staff, everything is fine and OK but I only problem is the mattress, the mattress is not standard it's not orthopaedic like most standard, top hotels but string - made, very bad for the back, which i told them to take that into consideration."

"It was a nice hotel and staff were nice but unfortunately we didn't get a lot of sleep due to a large amount of children from a dance group running up and down the corridor outside the rooms and loud and boisterous until quite late in the evening around 1am . There was also another incident in the room accross which went on continuously throughout our last night there. Unfortunate that these incidents caused our stay to be not the best. "

Two calls to reception before action was taken and things returned to normal. My two kids were left terrified and due to this I did not sleep. "Our room was great! Although its a little outside the city centre, it is most definitely worth it as its just a 30 min bus ride our so away. I enjoyed our room, it was large and comfortable especially for the price. Our room was a non-smoking room, but did smell like smoke a bit, but it was ok. Overall a nice stay and would come again!"

"We splurged on a single night here upon arriving in Dublin and it was so worth it. We made a beeline for the pool when we arrived and it did wonders to help us shake off travel fatigue. The staff was excellent, our room was gorgeous and spacious and quiet, and we were walking distance from so many wonderful places. We would go back in a second! Thank you so much!"

"Don't justify the price. The two entrance rooms are the staging for the photos, the rest of the hotel is good, not fabulous. The price is for a high standard. Breakfast is cooked at the moment but really grease. "
