"Overall nice stay - very quiet. The hot tub was very clean but the nobs were broken so it was difficult to turn off. The ice machine did not work well which was frustrating. When we got to the room, it was dark and the AC was off (it was 80 degrees outside)."

"I hate to write bad reviews, cause I know it affects peoples livelihood. However, our night was met with a snake in the bathroom, not to mention the fact that there was mold all over the wall. Then we got moved to another room and the TV didn’t work. The toilet got stopped up and the blow dryer didn’t even have an end into it to plug into the wall. The convenience store area at the front desk needs replenished and maintained. The most disappointing was the free "breakfast." The buffet was very slim. Few choices. "The room was very humid despite all of our attempts to dry it out. There is no fan in the bathroom for humidity. The moisture made all metals corrode and it was just uncomfortable. Not good for asthmatics."

"We stayed on the first floor. We had an amazing trip! The only downfall is all the ice makers in the building are out of order. When my husband asked the front desk, they told him to go buy a bag for around $5. He went back and they told him to get it at the deli. Otherwise, excellent trip."
