"Lovely short stay in this well located hotel. Our room looked newly refurbished with a kitchen area and balcony. The bed was large and comfortable. The only thing missing was a towel rail in the bathroom and a shelf to sit your toothbrush etc. On arrival you are faced with quite a number of steps which were not welcome with a heavy suitcase, however I am sure if we had gone inside and asked for help it would have been given as all staff were friendly and helpful. We would certainly be happy to...

"Overall a great stay at Palazzo Violetta. A ten minute walk to Sliema waterfront or Baletta Bay, so close to the tourist bars, restaurants and shops but also away from the hustle and bustle when you want a quiet night's sleep. Room was clean, spacious although a little dated - large solid wood desk and wardrobe. A really minor point overall. Breakfast was excellent and varied - although the coffee machine needs replaced as it regularly took 5 attempts to get it to part with an espresso! All...

"Great location - close to bars restaurants, shops and transport hubs - easy access to buses and ferries. Hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I ate breakfast in the hotel a couple of times during my stay and this was excellent and good value. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a great base for exploring Malta."

"Clean room. Beautiful sea view, including a park and beach. Delicious breakfast buffet, great 24 hr staffed front desk, 10 minutes by car from the airport. Also quick ride by bus (Malta Public Transport). 12 ride shareable bus pass just 19 euros, can be bought right in the airport. Highly recommended."

"Brand new hotel, spacious room, nice big powerful shower and the bed was super comfy. Staff were super friendly too, even gave us a macaroon gift on our last night. There are parties on the rooftop Thurs-Sun and other nights it’s free for you to relax in with daily happy hour. Small pool but it was only ever us two in it when we popped up there, quiet time of year has its benefits. Good area, central to get around the whole island - buses are cheap and you can get anywhere within 30mins. There...

"Das Hotel liegt an der Hafenpromenade von Sliema. Man hat vielfältige Möglichkeiten an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man kann sowohl mit Bussen als auch Fähren/Schiffen Ausflüge machen. Auf jeden Fall sollte man nach Gozo und Comino fahren. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und großzügig. Im Moment wird nebenan gebaut, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen."
