"Location is about a 10-15 min walk from the Shibuya Station, Great if you take the Airport Limo to the Mark City Station and just walk to the property. Its located off the main road there making to a quiet place. Plenty of shopping, and food places just a few blocks away and near the Shibuya crossing."

"Great quiet place to come back for some much needed rest after all the activity during the day. Queen Double Rooms were on the smaller side but this is common in Tokyo; the Twin bed rooms were far more spacious. Very clean! The only thing that although convenient, could use some upgrade is the coin laundry - our clothes didn't dry completely so we had to air dry in our rooms. Beware of this if you are on a strict traveling schedule. Overall we loved our stay here and would highly recommend!"

"Property is clean, staff are helpful and location is convenient. Rooms and bathrooms are quite small, but clean with minimal and modern decor. Having access to laundry is a plus and you can view status of the laundry machine on your room TV so you don't have to go back and forth to check on whether or machine is available or not."

"My go to hotel every time I visit Tokyo. Our recent stay was our 7th at this hotel since my wife and I first came here 10 years ago. The newly renovated Cerulean level room was even better then the standard level rooms we've stayed in before. Probably the hotel that has the most spacious rooms on average compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Perfect location and always exceeds expectations."

"I expected a picture perfect stay. The only things that were slightly off: 1. mag-safe phone charger wasn’t working (they replaced it) 2. Breakfast was amazing but waiter never asked me if I wanted any juice. 3. The arrangement of the floors is a little wacky. The 41st floor is reception. You take an elevator to higher floors to reach the guest rooms. To get to fitness center you go to 45th floor for entrance and then a side elevator to 47th floor for actual gym/pool.
