"D abord mauvaise surprise, la chambre de bain, pas d eau, pas de lumière. Il nous ont changer la chambre pour une chambre toute neuve, plus cher, mais sans supplément. Autrement tout et bien. Piscine, billard, personnel aimable. vraiment cool. Je vais revenir"

"I used this place as a stepping stoned into cambodia as i came here to look for work. Was immediately welcomed in by the amazing staff, and awesome atmosphere. I spent so many days just lounging by the awesome clean pool having beer after beer. If you need an amazing place to stay with amazing staff id definitly recommend this place. Ive been here for 20 days and im very sad to check out "

"This was my second stay. For the money Richly is great value. The owners are very friendly and helpful and my room with balcony was clean. The owners went out their way for me with ordering tuk tuks and helping to order food for delivery. Great place. Will definitely stay again!"

"初めての海外旅行、10代最後の思い出にと思いカンボジアを選びました。ホテルを選んだきっかけは値段とドミタリーに泊まりたいという思いがあったからです。まず、ここを選んで正解だったと思います。　ホテルについたのはチェックイン時間を30分は過ぎたころ、深夜にホテルに入りましたが快く案内してくれました。案内してくれる人はカンボジア人の若いスタッフでオーナーはデンマーク人の夫婦がやっています。昼にはホテルの宿泊客やスタッフがロビーの机でいろんな話をして盛り上がっててすごく活気がありワイワイとしています。ホテル内で朝食を頼めたりビール（1＄）も飲めるので不便はなかったです。また、コインランドリーが隣にあるのも便利でした。部屋自体は特に汚いと思うところもなく、バスタオルも何枚か貸し出してくれるので助かりました。風呂はお湯が出ますが、トイレを使う際は紙は流せないのでゴミ箱に捨てることになります。スタッフも宿泊客も英語を話せるのでコミュニケーションを取るいい機会だと思います。またプノンペンに滞在する時は利用しようと考えてます。"

"Location was good. The room size was nice. No hot water at all. We didn’t had any breakfast. On the first day no one was there to give us breakfast, on the second day the barista didn’t turn up, so they gave us 5$ to go and get our own breakfast.shower/toilet was smelly(shower head was broken in one of the shower,so we had to use the hose pipe itself),we had to keep on ask for toilet paper, because there wasn’t any. Taps were dirty in the shower room."
