"This hotel was next level. From the amazing, friendly staff to the Hilton level amenities and standards. We were greeted in fluent English by super friendly staff to what seemed like a very empty resort. We believe it only seemed empty due to renovations to the second tower. We booked a private onsen for your family at the front desk and went to our beautiful room. The buffet dinner was fantastic and to follow the breakfast buffet was equally amazing. Best hotel we have stayed at so far on our Japan trip….. and there have been some really great ones. Great Job Hilton Team!"
