The reason I gave 4 stars to the staff because the shuttle guy drove the little cart so violently and ignore my warning and made my luggage flying 20 feet when he made the turn. Totally be avoidable. Damaged my luggage.

It’s a beautiful, grand, and spotless hotel. Very spacious and well designed room. We had buffet breakfast here daily. There was a very large selection of food (meat/seafood, soup, dumplings, congee, fruits, salads, cheeses, pastries,…) which was satisfying and by far the best overall hotel breakfast ...

ILLUME TAIPEI
Our room had a beautiful view of the road and the tree line. The buffet was delicious with great variety. This hotel is attached to a mall so it can get busy. There were a lot of people there for business and for weddings.
