Maison de Chine Hotel Chiayi
I stayed in room 1052 for one night, and everything was paid in advance through Hotels.com but I got charged NT.400 for no reason. Be aware.

U.I.J Hotel & Hostel
Good location, many bus route options. Hotel has great amenities, the shared kitchen and lounge area is really nice and has everything you need. The patio is a bonus! The rooms are nice and big, clean and stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend this place!
