"Stained bed linen and table linen. Old rooms not updated showing wear and tear. Towels and coffee/ water not replaced day 2. Cost add on with resort fees, putty and wet spot on carpet. "

"I would have rated the cleanliness a 3 due to an over flowing garbage that sat directly in front of the 4th floor elevator from the time we arrived at 9pm until the next morning when I had to ask staff to clean it up as it was all over the ground by the exit, but, the bathroom was clean and the beds and linens seems clean. "

"Hallways and entrances were not clean. Bedding was old with horrible pillows. People were smoking marijuana and cigarettes in their rooms throughout the night. Guy next door had his tv on from midnight til 4:00 am. Worst night ever. "
