"We had an excellent experience with the front desk team, who were friendly and attentive. One staff member (Loewe) stood out by helping us change rooms and spending significant time resolving my father’s cell phone issue, which greatly eased our stress.
The hotel is very clean and ideally located in old Taichung, close to many dining spots. We also enjoyed the quiet second-floor lounge. It has a copy of a rare book on the history of Taichung's renovated wet markets. Truly appreciate the details to promoting Old Taichung.
