Tai Chung trip

We stayed at the room with the balcony so the view was nice. There was some traffic noise but the road gets quiet late at night so it didnt bother us. Carrefour is across so its really convenient. Night market was about 15mins walk. Overall it was a pleasant stay

Excellent Hotel Excellent Staffs

Stayed at Hotel Mapp for 5 nights. The room me and my wife stayed in, is on the 4th floor, is clean and comfortable. The Hotel is situated opposite the 24hr Carrefour Departmental Store. Eateries, convenient stores, fast food etc..can be found nearby the Hotel. Fengchia Night Market is a 10 to 15mins walk. Nearest MRT station is also a 10 to 15 mins walk. I like to especially mention the 2 Front Desk Staffs, Kitty and Renee. Their attitude, friendliness and eagerness to help, had left me and my wife, a deep impression. Kudos to them.

Bright and comfy room

We took a cab to the hotel from Taichung HSR, which was about 15min ride. As we arrived in the early morning, the hotel allowed us to park our luggage at the lobby while we explore the city. Check-in was quick and fuss free. 2 room cards provided. We gotta tap it in the lift in order to press the floor button. Daily set breakfast included in our room rate in the cafe at the same block of the hotel. Love love love the room! Not exceptionally huge but was spacious enough for the 2 of us. I love how the room was brighten up with natural light, even in the toilet. There was a small balcony too to look out the streets. Standard amenities all in place. Bed was medium hard and it came with 4 soft pillows. Several convenience stores were located near the hotel. A 24-hour Carrefour is right across the hotel too. Fengjia nightmarket is a 10min walk away. Plently of local food around too. If you are back to hotel after 10.30pm, tap your card to the reader outside the hotel to open the main door (as there is no one manning the reception after 10.30pm)

很乾淨新穎的旅館，地板是我喜歡的木地板，乾淨又不會吸煙味，房間完全沒有奇怪的味道。也很喜歡它的浴室，淋浴間空間寬敞，不是那種結合浴缸感覺很狹窄的淋浴間，而且有大大的毛玻璃，白天就覺得很明亮。整個房間都是使用溫暖的顏色，住起來覺得很舒服。推薦！
