"The room was okay. Pillows very thin. I had tiny bugs in the bathroom which I informed the person in the office. He said he would let his pest control people know. That didn’t help me out any. There is a portable heater provided to make the room warm(er), which seemed odd for a motel/hotel to have."

"I think it’s a great quaint motel right before you hit the busy zones of Tahoe and right outside Tahoe Valley campground. The property is family owned and very well maintained. The room is clean and nice and has all the basics you need. I really loved the lighted bathroom mirrors. Parking was plenty plus easy to park a truck. You do go to another hotel Apex also owned by them a couple bldgs down to check in but it was easy. Don’t come expecting a 4 star then be mad you don’t get it. Because it’s...

"Our room was very clean. The furniture and linens excellent. The hotel location is a short walk to Lake Tahoe beach. The staff was very helpful. The parking is ample, but very tight small spaces. The room maintenance needs to be improved. Only one out of the 3 lamps in the room worked. There was no Kleenex in the bathroom. I would stay there again."

"Nothing unique. Motel room appeared not properly cleaned, drapes coming down, only 2 light fixtures (both on the same side of the bed). The bathroom was dirty, the mirror had toothpaste spots on it (I wiped off with a napkin I had), shower curtain had a hairclip from previous patron and there was a grocery bag under the sink with what looked like clothes and a post-it note stating "this is not my stuff" Kimberly.
