"ドッグランもあり綺麗な宿泊施設でした。オーナーさんへ伝えたい事も何点かあります。壁には色々とルールが貼ってあるのですが、台所の食器等は使用した場合には洗って下さいと記載がありました。洗った食器を置く台や布巾は無かったので、食器を洗ってから濡れたままコンロの上へ全て置きました。あとキッチンではサランラップは常備品としてあっても良いのではないでしょうか？また犬同伴可能な施設であるのにフローリングがツルツルで犬が何度も転けそうになっていました。ルールが厳しいのは良いですが、その分内容を充実させた方が良いと思います。"

"Stayed twice in 2018 and 2026. Both times, the staff were warm and helpful. The bathing facilities are clean and well-stocked with amenities. The outdoor bath/ rotemburo is beautifully landscaped. In 2026, the upgraded facilities were modern and elegant. Lounge featuring refreshing beverages was relaxing. New beautiful yukata and slipper sets, including children’s sizes. Happy hour and nightcap in lobby with free drinks, snacks, beer, wine, sake, spirits. Breakfast: nicely features local specialties Transportation: free shuttle bus to Nagahama eki/station. Love the thoughtful amenities: family-friendly baby cribs, tray carts for seniors"

"The staff at the lobby spoke English really well. The room was clean and very quiet. The breakfast buffet very Japanese with grilled fish, rice and miso soup etc. There were also cereal and bread options. All the options were delicious! A stone's throw from the train and bus station and there were also lots of shops and restaurants nearby."
