"My family stayed here for 2 nights. After arriving we showered and proceeded to get ready to go to a family function. My sister could not get the tub faucet to turn off after her shower. My mother called down to the front desk and was informed that there was only one staff member onsite and that there was nothing she could do. My mother then called back and had to ask to switch rooms. I went down to retrieve the new room keys. I approached the desk, and announced myself. The attendant was on her cell phone, reached for the new keys, handed them to me… all without making eye contact or uttering a word. There was a complete absent of customer service due to the fact that we had to pack up and switch rooms. This ordeal caused us to arrive late to where we were going. She offered no apology for the inconvenience, not to mention the water was extremely hot and caused the room fill with steam. Around midnight my sister walked down to the room and could still hear the water running, 6hrs later! She informed the new staff on duty. They were completely unaware of the situation. Also, in our new room, there was food left in the fridge. Do better. Ohhh and because I booked through a 3rd party, I could only receive points as form of reimbursement."

The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, and the overall comfort made my stay a true delight. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an outstanding experience. It deserves every bit of praise!"

"The hotel was nice. The lady at the front desk was nice. The door in the bathroom would stick. Not a big deal, but kinda loud when trying not to wake anyone in the middle of the night. The cupboard door that housed the fridge was falling off. Still not a big deal. Our itinerary said check out was at noon, but the cleaning people opened the door to the room at 11:45. They said check out was at 11. So I’m not sure which is correct."
