Beware, they scan your ID thru a machine every time you enter the casino (more than just an age check). Our friends from Tacoma receive two marketing calls a day later asking them to take part in surveys. Sheet ripped, I'm not even sure if it had been changed. Never had room service for breakfast before where they told me they didnt serve coffee and I would have to go downstairs for it. Room service staff do not come across as professional, rather teenagers with poor phone skills. "

"I’m really not a complainer but… Everything was fine until we went to breakfast. They used the absolute flimsiest plastic ware and cheapest paper plates. There was NO breakfast meat— no bacon or sausage. There wasn’t even any powdered eggs! You could make a waffle, or pour meatless gravy over cold biscuits. "

"Stayed here to attend a show at the Tacoma Dome and the distance was pretty good. We got a non-smoking bedroom but it still smelled a bit like smoke. I would definitely take an air freshener next time. It was not a terrible stay but it could have been a bit cleaner for my liking. "
