The hotel has just been remodeled and everything was clean and new. The breakfast buffet was good, with a number of options. Elsa at the front desk was great! She helped us get checked in early because of a business function that we'd be attending. And then made sure that we had parking in the underground parking lot. She was friendly, professional, and happy. Next time we're going to the Tacoma Dome, we'll stay at this hotel.

We chose this property for it's location. We appreciated our vehicle being in a locked secure parking area. Our TV didn't work when we arrived back late on our first night, and the front desk gal came up and tried to help, but when that didn't work, she gave us a new room (and personally checked to see if the TV was working!) Our beds and bedding were 100% comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was awesome!! A good stay!

Yes shops near by. Stayed at your location because it was easy access to St. Jospeh's Hospital . Staff was very courteous and kind. I felt very safe with the underground parking situation. I thought the breakfast was very good and I enjoyed Keurig machine with many coffees and lattes. we will recommend this hotel to others and would stay again anytime.

Breakfast was good, Waffles, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, etc. Serving and dining areas were clean and organized. Parking was great and felt secure with a gated entry. Fitness room was sufficient but would not accommodate a large number of people. Room was clean, linens were fresh, mattress was firm with comfortable pillows. Looks like there are still some renovations underway but the updates are modern and inviting.

The property was very clean and inviting and the front desk staff was extremely nice. Unfortunately the elevators were not working during our stay so that was fun 😕 The parking was terrible the first night and the garage is not friendly to big cars when it's full, I got an awful scratch to prove it. When the garage is more vacant its not an issue at all though. The location is wonderful to the dome and a handful of local restaurants are nearby so that's really nice. I'd stay again but in a smaller car to avoid the garage issues.

We chose this hotel based on its reasonable price with breakfast included. We found the hotel to be very clean, the lobby large, and the staff very accommodating. The included breakfast, while standard fare, was hearty and plentiful. They also had a coffee machine with specialty coffee options, like lattes and macchiatos, available 24 hours. The room was very adequate, with USB ports on each side of the bed, a large TV, desk and chair, two large drawers with shelf above to place suitcase. The bathrom had decent counter space and a shelf for cosmetics. The location is near a port and a train rail. It was quiet during the night. The location is not convenient for walking to local cafes or restaurants, but if you have a car, it seems close enough to where the action is. We were visiting family members who provided transportation. We did not visit a pool or exercise room. All in all, while not a luxury hotel, we were very pleased with our stay.
