Everything’s perfect, I ❤️ the location the BEST, very, very convenient to everything. Staffs are very nice, place is clean and we feel safe. Thank you much it doesn’t matter 2,3 star the important thing is safety and the people you meet everyday.

Trip to Tacloban

Good customer service. Easy check in and check out process. Great location. Good security. The place itself is old - need to do MAJOR renovations. The room did smell - like gutter - but it’s the same smell as the toilets from Robinson. I did had to purchase a room spray, but still had the lingering smell. If you want budget this would be the place.

Great staff and location for easy access to mall and close to downtown. Room was small and didnt have any closet space to put my luggage and some areas of the room needed repair( laptop stand was fragile withe only 2 bolts holding it down). Other than that it was good enough for the 2 weeks i stayed there. Staff is great and nice and friendly and always accommodated whatever i needed in timely manner( asked for extra towels which they brought up asap and the battery for the room key was out a d they changed it asap as well.

The staff is very approachable, professional and accomodating. Through no fault of their own, the hotel building is very rough and needs a lot of work, but the staff makes up for it by ten folds. There were definite issues with a room we stayed at, the ceiling leaked in the bathroom when the shower is on, the lock to another room stopped working, but the staff attended to our needs ASAP and moved us to another room without question. Its safe to say I had a comfortable stay there. Location is great, right next to Robinson mall, if you're looking for a budget hotel with great service this is the place to be.

Close to a lot of shopping and dining options, very walkable. People gather outside their room and talk very loud, which is not the hotels fault. I was looking for a sign or notice about Quiet hours. There should be a posted designated times during which noise levels should be kept low to ensure a peaceful environment, during late evenings and early mornings.
