"My two dayat the Hilton was very nice. However, the next day I noticed a charge of eight dollars US charged to my credit card. I called them directly and ask them what this was as I did not charge anything to my room and I had booked my hotel through Expedia I was told I drank a specialty bottle of water which was in my room. There was no bottle of water in my room and the manager today called me a liar. His name was Anthony. He would not reimburse me for this so I’ve taken it further now with my credit card. He also said he was siding with the team on this matter without asking the room attendant whether the water was even in the room. I cannot believe how ignorant he got with me while on the phone not very good customer service. Definitely would not recommend this because they take your credit card and charge whatever they feel like charging. Also, since the moment I checked in there, my drivers license has been missing and never recovered, so I’m not sure whether they gave it back to me after checking in or not but it’s mysteriously gone."
