"Generally a nice stay. Staff very professional and helpful. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. Bathroom clean. Kitchen excellent and equipped with whatever you may need when it comes to cooking. Fast wifi. Air-con was working well too. Only downfall is a noise from the street all day and even late at night. However the sliding door to the balcony and windows muted it very well. "

"Stayed for 6 nights 11-16 September 2025. Overall extremely pleased. Excellent location in Malsaform, right on the bay. Had a bay view room on 4th floor. Cleaned daily, all staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and do the job. Breakfast was buffet style and lots of choice."

"Great location, short walk to waterfront and maybe 10 mins to all the restaurants but in a quiet neighbourhood. Great reception, room was spotless, comfie bed and pillows!
