A fantastic stay with far superior room amenities than I expected. 2 minutes from the beach and within easy taxi travel (Bolt Taxis) of the port.

I highly recommend a stay here! Nice, clean rooms and the view over the landscape from the rooftop pool is amazing. The stuff is so helpful! When I had a addiction for choclate in the middle of the night and the supermarkets was not open the girl in the reception offered me her private Kit Kat. So sweet! The village where the hotel is are very nice and you can walk to several interesting sights. Do not miss this place! It has very good vibes!

Newly opened so everything works well and looks good. Bathrooms do not have ventilation so it gets pretty steamy after a shower. Staff is very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out.

A very new hotel in a great location. 2 minutes walk to a small beach and the harbour with cafes, bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is of a very high quality with a stunning (if cold) rooftop pool and a smaller second pool on the 3rd floor which was wonderfully sheltered when the weather was windy. There was plenty of seating/loungers at both pools. We didn't dine in the restaurant but we did have drinks and snacks which were lovely and all very reasonably priced. The room was extremely comfortable, well equipped and nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed. The highlight of our stay were the staff. Particularly Michealle who went out of her way to provide excellent customer service. It my husband's birthday and she made sure he had lots of lovely treats and surprises.

The moment we walked into the hotel, the staff had been very welcoming, and so was the hotel interior. It is quite new and looked beautiful inside. It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants although the hotel has its own (we weren’t able to try the restaurant due to time limitations but had really good food at the rooftop bar). The room was very spacious, extremely clean and bright. The fixtures were modern. It had a minimalist vibe which we liked. The bathroom was beautiful, had the usual amenities but with added hair conditioner which was not typical of hotels, even pricey ones. The hotel had two pools, our favourite was the rooftop pool where you had beautiful 360 degree views of the area, including the sea. There was a bar which served lovely food at a reasonable price. All the staff in the hotel had a ready smile every time we met them and were very helpful with any questions we had. As we were also visiting Valetta, we only stayed 2 nights in the hotel which we now regret, as it was the best hotel out of the three we stayed in while in Malta. If we ever come back, we are staying at The Reef Hotel for sure.

A Fantastic New Hotel with Exceptional Comfort!

We had a wonderful stay at the newly opened Reef Hotel – a true gem! After a few nights of poor sleep at our previous accommodation, it was an absolute dream to arrive at this modern and impeccably clean hotel. The beds and duvets were incredibly comfortable, offering a perfect night's sleep for both adults and children. The kids were especially happy to each have their own full-size single bed, with the same level of comfort – truly outstanding! The in-room entertainment system was excellent. We loved how easy it was to log into streaming apps or simply cast content from our phones using Chromecast – smooth and convenient. Breakfast was a highlight! The generous buffet was complemented by a well-curated à la carte menu. The Eggs Benedict became a family favorite – delicious and beautifully prepared. Staff members were incredibly friendly, attentive, and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable and relaxed. Finally, the hotel features two great pool areas: one large rooftop pool with beautiful views and a smaller pool surrounded by greenery that felt like a peaceful oasis. Both were perfect for unwinding and enjoying the sun. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-comfort stay on Gozo!

Amazing hotel. Still brand new. Very good location. It needs some more finishing touches such as: extractor in bathroom, extraction system in general hotel area (lobby), as the smell of food is powerful, even when you enter from the front door.

Mooi hotel vriendelijke service …afwerking kan beter …mbt isolatie , losse tegels enzo …wij waren daar in november en dus kalmer …indien hoog seizoen hoor je echt alles van de naburige kamers ..zwembad en dak zwembad zag er altijd rommelig uit en niet opgeruimd ..dat was spijtig …ondanks dit waren we over het algemeen zeer tevreden

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war in diesem Jahr unser (Taucher) 2ter Aufenthalt dort, wir waren erneut sehr zufrieden. Dennoch wäre es schön, wenn bis zu unserem nächsten Aufenthalt, das Spa fertiggestellt und die noch offenen Punkte im Gebäude abgeschlossen sind. Unser Fazit, sehr gerne wieder!
